What Happened to July???

July, July, where did you go???  I guess I better go back & recap before I'm 2 months behind!


June 30-July 5 Xia came to have 5 sleepovers with us!  We had so much fun with our little ZB!

Our week consisted of a day at Citrus Park in Corona, aka "Splash Park"...

 

Of course a day at the pool & dinner at John's Incredible Pizza...

 

Another trip to Splash Park (that place is just too fun to only go once)...

On 4th of July we got ready & headed over to Edson's parents' house for a little fun & fireworks...

July 6th Jess, Ryan, & Zoe came down to visit...Baby Zoe is 5weeks old & cute as can be!!!  She looks just like her daddy!...

July 10th Amelia (center) & Tad (not pictured) came to visit from Texas and a huge group of friends went to Ooka for dinner...

July 17th Edson & I went to Jenn & Mike's "White Trash Summer BBQ"...

July 20th, my 27week Belly Bump...

July 23rd I went out to dinner with Edson, Crystal, & Luke to the Mission Inn like this...

Pregnancy brain or blond moment? Still unsure of the cause, but whatever it was, I went out to dinner with 2 different shoes on!!! How embarrassing! I asked Edson which one I should wear & then got busy putting on jewelry and totally forgot to take one off!

July 27th, my 28week Belly Bump...

I'm A Bad Blogger!

Oh my gosh it has been FOREVER since I last posted!  Let's see if I can bring you up to speed without this being the longest post in America...

May 4th My 16week belly pic. I only took this because I was finally "showing", ha-ha!  Now that I look back I can only laugh.

May 17th I went shopping at Baby Gap for Maternity clothes & found this for $1.97, woo-hoo!

 May 18th Wore maternity pants for the first time at 18wks!!!  Big change in 2 weeks, huh?!

May 25th at ~11pm Edson felt Lexi's kicks for the first time (19wks)!!! 

May 26th at 10:15am We had our long ultrasound where the technician took images of every single body part of Lexi's but produced no "good ones" for us.  We were pretty bummed, but just being able to see her was enough to make us smile.

May 26th-31st Edson & I took a road trip with Luke & Crystal up to Solvang, Monterey, Santa Cruz/Capitola, San Francisco/Oakland (where we got to have dinner with Audrey, Rob, & their precious daughter Elsa), and then back down through Ventura and to Simi Valley to meet up with Melody, Paul, & their adorable daughter Melia.  

June 1st 20week belly pic

June 2nd 12:06am My sister & Ryan's baby girl was born!!!  Zoe Grace Mitchell 6lbs 6ozs & 19inches long!  She came 3wks early and is such a cutie pie!

June 10th My work baby shower where all my fabulous coworkers spoiled Lexi with wonderful gifts!

June 12th Edson & I went to Babies R Us and purchased Lexi's crib, gliding chair/ottoman, and car seat/carrier

June 16th My last day of work until the economy turns around and I get my job back.  Sad to leave North Tamarind and the wonderful students & staff, but excited to get the opportunity to be home with my baby girl :)

June 23-26 My mom & I took a trip up to Las Vegas to visit Jess, Ryan, and baby Zoe

June 29th Our 24week appointment where I heard the amazing sound of Lexi's heartbeat, found out everything was going great & according to schedule, and  that I've only gained 9pounds thus far!  Yea!

June 30th-July 5th Xia came to stay with us!  We had such a fun time with her and I can't believe how big she's getting, my gosh!  She's 5 now and I have no idea where the time has gone! (I'll put pics up on my next post)

PHEW, so that's what we've been up to!!!!  Now we're all caught up :)
